We've all been subject to “Know Your Client” (KYC) regulations, policies and procedures.
It is only right, proper, and fair that you can find and know our company details easily, too — and identify those of us responsible for its good conduct and transparency in our offerings, terms of service, and respectful business relationships.
We won't ask you for any detail or contact information that you can't also ask of us. (Looking at you, organisations, that ask for email addresses and mobile numbers to send messages, but don't offer the same, nor allow for replies.)
We aim to earn your trust by delivering good, honest and predictable services — with minimal time-costs on your side for any admin — and hope that you do, too, in your interactions with us.
